A few years ago there were a couple of examples of companies using old glass bottles and recycling them into new products. Today there is a vast choice available and at www.allthingsgreen.net, they are featuring some of the best.
They include tumblers from recycled Coke bottles, high ball glasses from recycled Budweiser bottles and jugs made from recycled Jack Daniels bottles. You will also find shot glasses, vases and carafes.
The prices are reasonable, all can be ordered online and you not only have a quirky glass product but keep thousands of bottles out of landfill.

The EcoList is a service organised by Karina Wells and Andy Pepper. Karina has been involved with community and eco/sustainable issues for many years and introduced the EcoTeam concept to the UK. Andy is involved with the visual arts and arts funding. They met as part of the first EcoTeams project in West Bridgford, Nottingham, and have worked together on a variety of community projects since.
Karina's expertise in eco issues and Andy's curiosity for eco art and design means that the EcoList brings you a broad (if slightly quirky) collection of information, news and events from the web.
This site aims to provide you with some of the best Eco and Recycling products and information we can find. EcoList is not connected with any of the products or services listed and all images are taken from sites featured.
